On August 6th, the West Campus Housing complexes were officially dedicated on the Texas State University campus in San Marcos. The Complex is made up of two residence halls, Falls and Sayers, and they are joined by a community building at their center. Through our previous partnership, Structures performed design work for the community building and Haynes Whaley performed design work for the residence halls. The community center has study and meeting rooms, recreation spaces, lounge areas, and an amphitheater. It’s expected to be a hub for student activity on campus.
Structures is proud to have developed a wonderful relationship with the Texas State University system through the design and construction process of this project. In the coming days, its inaugural tenants will move-in and roam its hallways, and we wish them the best in the coming year!
