The new Meanwhile Brewing Co. consists of multiple buildings and outdoor spaces. The Production Building where the beer is brewed is a 2-story building with a 1,400 SF mezzanine viewing area over the brewing operations.
The Tasting Room/Taproom is a 1-story building with approximately 3,400 SF of space inside.
The two buildings are connected by a breezeway that was designed and constructed with the appearance of continuity between the structures, even though the pre-engineered building and the tasting room are separate.
The architectural design created a truly unique facility with a seamless combination of indoor and outdoor spaces. To add to the indoor/outdoor continuity, a very large, custom, pivoting window was installed that covers nearly an entire side of the building.
The outdoor spaces include a soccer field and an outdoor stage. There are additional event spaces available.
