Round Rock ISD Aquatic Center

Structures performed engineering design services for this new aquatic center to provide the district with a modern facility for training and swim meets. The aquatic center includes a competition pool, an amenities building with lobby area, offices and locker rooms, an attached maintenance building to house pool equipment, and spectator areas.

The main building is a pre-engineered metal building from Red Dot Buildings. The foundation designed by Structures is a slab-on-grade with spread footings. The attached maintenance building and the detached amenities building are steel-framed structures with Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) walls. All buildings are single-story, although the main building is very tall.
