Belton Charter Oak Elementary School

Structures had the pleasure of working on the new Belton Charter Oak Elementary School project. We created solutions to the challenges that were presented for the 82,500 square-foot plan. The project featured single door firewall systems, which required specialized design and detailing at the expansion joints — careful coordination with fireproofing allowed for successful execution.

This project included multiple roof pop-ups and elevations. We also updated the building floor elevation, which changed substantially to meet the requirements of the sloping site.

We are proud to be part of the creation of a beautiful new elementary school.
