1111 East 11th is a three story mixed use project in the revitalized east side area of Austin, Texas. The ground level is retail followed by office space on the second level and residential space on the top level.
The structure is a set of three uniquely designed levels each balancing and overlapping one another, creating alternating cantilevers. Stacked Vierendeel trusses support the cantilevers while simultaneously allowing for the architecturally strategic window placement.
