Fire Training Facility Relocation and Addition

The project consisted of the relocation of three buildings; two temporary single level classroom buildings and one temporary single level equipment building. The buildings were transferred from the college’s Cypress Creek campus in Cedar Park and totaled 5,300 square feet. A new 1,500 sf vehicle storage building was also part of the project.

The most challenging aspects of the project were amending a temporary structure to satisfy current code requirements as well as working with unfavorable soil conditions.
