San Antonio Police Headquarters Scobey Building Assessment

As part of the City of San Antonio’s decision process for the location of their new police headquarters a feasibility study was conducted of the existing Scobey Building, located at 315 N. Medina.

Structures provide a detailed report that consisted of an initial structural assessment of the building to identify areas of structural concern, provide feedback on such areas and provide an opinion on whether the building could house the police headquarters.

We determined that the building could be rehabbed to meet the city’s needs, but that modifications would have to occur.
