TxDOT Houston Headquarters

The 130,000 sf headquarters building was developed on a 16-acre site in western Houston along the IH-10 corridor. The building houses TxDOT’s Houston District Headquarters operations.

The project also consisted of the design and construction of a 14,000 sf stand-alone laboratory and 575-vehicle parking garage.
