One World Theatre

One World Theater is located in the Barton Creek Hills area and is a quaint, Tuscan style, 16,000 sf multipurpose event center, with indoor and outdoor event space. The main performance hall is 7,800 sf and seats an audience of 300.

The architect selected to build with an alternative Green System. For the structural portion of the work, Rastra, an insulated concrete form was used. This system is lightweight and environmentally friendly and offers premium insulation, soundproofing, as well as fire protection.

Other sustainable features include:

• Native landscaping.
• Unpaved parking lot, allows rainwater to soak in.
• On site stormwater management pond.
• Regionally-sourced stone was used for structural and landscape purposes.
• Energy efficient interior lighting and minimal site lighting.
• Ground-sourced heat pump HVAC.
