Echelon Building I Impact Assessment and Repair

This project consisted of analyzing the Echelon Building I, an existing commercial steel framed building constructed in the early 80’s which was struck by a small private plane.

After analyzing the existing structure after impact, we determined the structural capacity as to whether the steel frame could be salvaged, provided a design and recommendations to fix and reinforce the damaged framing areas and provided consultation on construction means and methods.
