4200 N. Lamar Office Building

4200 N. Lamar was an old, two-story brick-and-glass, Seton medical office building whose exterior façade was re-clad. The existing brick pilasters were completely stripped to leave only the steel structure and roof. Materials of white stucco, large expanses of glass, slate gray colored concrete roof tiles, wood, and steel were used to fully transform the look of the exterior into a clean, modern design. Tenants for the building include Tacodeli, Floyd’s 99 Barber Shop, Cencor/Weitzman and Uchiko, the second location of the sushi restaurant, Uchi.
